All types of customized packaging orders will be dispatched from our factory warehouse located in Guangdong, China. Customized orders generally take 10-15 working days to process. Regular customized orders shipped through courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, and DPD are expected to be delivered within 8-15 working days via air transport.
In addition, we also provide seafaring or railway shipping options. Choosing seafaring is expected to be delivered in about 30-40 working days. Choosing railway shipping is expected to be delivered in about 40-60 working days. For the exact timeframe of production and transportation, please ensure to contact us.
We offer global shipping services. Please note, the costs for Value Added Tax (VAT), tariffs, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in the unit price or shipping costs, and will be collected upon delivery. All the aforementioned taxes are to be borne by the buyer.
All production and delivery dates we may provide are only estimates. The transportation and delivery of orders are fulfilled by third-party shipping courier companies and freight companies. Under any circumstances, ChinaBoxPrinting will make the greatest efforts to prevent production and delivery delays, but we do not accept liability for any consequential or other damages caused by any delays. Even if the aforementioned circumstance occurs, if applicable, ChinaBoxPrinting can opt to provide a refund or waive rush fees in the event of a delay. However, customers do not have the right to cancel an order due to any delays.
In addition, if the customer's products are damaged in transit, ChinaBoxPrinting will not assume any financial liability, as these damages are solely borne by the courier or freight company fulfilling the delivery. If the customer receives damaged products, ChinaBoxPrinting will assist the customer in conducting an investigation with the corresponding shipping company, applying for damage compensation, and also initiating a resolution plan.
